The invitation from the FENITUR  Organizing Committee includes:   

• Air transportation (including airport taxes)   
• Accommodation  
• Food (at the event's official activities) 
• Welcome Cocktail
• Appointments with exhibitors at the fair   
• Post Tour       

Responsibilities of the FENITUR  Organizing Committee: 

• The Organizing Committee is not responsible for the loss of baggage, but will rely on support from airline representatives.       
• The Organizing Committee is not responsible for personal injury, illness, loss or delays that may occur prior to, during and after the event.      

Commitments of buyers: 

1. To pay the equivalent of US$ 200 (Two Hundred Dollars) at the time of registration.  
2. To participate in all scheduled event activities.       
3. To only allow networking with suppliers participating in the event.   
4. The first day of the event will be dedicated to wholesale buyers
   specifically; therefore, attendance will be
   mandatory.
